Some terms you will come across that you may not understand.
There is no right click in the PocketPC. To enable a rich user interface Griff uses various methods of stylus action to access the various Griff features.
Tap - Tap the stylus on the screen.
Often used to select an item.
Tap and Hold - Tap the stylus on the screen and keep the pressure on.
Often used to bring up a context menu.
Tap and Drag - Tap the stylus on the screen and move the stylus quickly off the Factory before the context menu is displayed.
Often used by the Factory Buttons to create a new item.
Double Tap - Tap the stylus twice in quick succession on the screen. Similar to double clicking with the mouse in Desktop Windows.
Context Menu - Displays a list of functions that can be performed on the selected item.
In windows on a desktop PC it has become second nature to right click on an object to bring up a context menu, for the PocketPC, a Tap and Hold getsure is required.
Factory - The Griff sequencer (and the sampler) make extensive use of Factories to generate new items (Sections, Patterns, Notes). The Factories are buttons:

To access the Factory context menu, tap and hold on the Factory button.
To create a new item using the Factory Tap and drag
on the Factory quickly before the context menu is displayed.
